Analysis of Quality Dimension of E-Theses Repository Services Toward Electronic User Satisfaction: Explanative Study of E-Servqual Influence at Library Centre of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang

Abstract

The repository service in the college library is useful to provide a wealth of information access to users. Thus, the repository must have a good quality of service so that users obtain information easily and can feel satisfied.The aim of this study is to analyze the quality dimension of e-thesesrepository services toward electronic user’s satisfaction. This study used explanative quantitative research method. The study population were comprised of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim library users. The study samples were 100 respondents whichwere selected by using purposive sampling method. The result showed that there was significant influence between active dimension, and incubative dimension toward electronic user satisfaction with F calculated > F theory (38.934> 3.09). Meanwhile, 2-sided test obtained t count 2.982> t table 1.987. Besides, there is significant influence between incubative dimensional with significance level 0.025 (2 side test) which obtained t arithmetic count 4.090 > t table 1.987.
