In an earlier paper causes, aftereffects and measurement techniques of earthquake have been discussed. But there is a lot, which is still confusing and unpredictable. The major fact that is to be calculated or to be modeled is Probability of an Earthquake. There is a need to find out that the probability of an earthquake to occur, and its reliability. In this paper we will focus on some of the techniques to find out the probability of an Earthquake.
